have access to a number of highly competitive
finance packages. We can organise funding from
75% of development cost up to in certain cases
100% of total development costs including fees.

developer with a proven track record and are
tired of putting up with the terms available
from your existing funders please email us a
brief resume of your achievements to date with a
summary of your requirements and we will be
plreased to provide you with alternative funding
arrangements.
Our preference is
currently a minimum loan of £1M to
generally a maximum of £35M on any single
development.
In cases where
mezzanine funding or 100% funding is sought the
lender will require a share of the profits on
sale.
